Cupcakes, an undeniable source of happiness, are perfect for a
birthday. A few weeks ago I made cupcakes for a friend with a taste for lemon,
thus, lemon meringue cupcakes. Filled with lemon cream and topped with meringue,
they surely brightened her day!
